The All India Association for Advancing Research in Obesity (AIAARO) hybrid general body meeting was conducted on 19th March 2024, following the AIAARO JPEF Mini CME. Following the meeting, elections for the AIAARO Kerala Chapter also took place. Dr.Jothydev Kesavadev, executive committee member, central AIAARO presided over the meeting. Dr.Benny P V was elected Vice-President, Dr.Anita Nambiar was elected Secretary, Ms.Gopika Krishnan was elected Joint Secretary and Ms.Geethu Sanal was elected Treasurer. The elected executive committee members were Dr.Ajith Kumar S, Dr.Anand Pillai, Dr.Anupama R, Dr.Arun Shankar, Dr.Arun S Menon, Dr.Beena Unnikrishnan, Dr.Jayalekshmi R Kurup, Dr.Madhu N, and Dr.Sumesh Raj.
