The 20th P. Kesavadev Award ceremony was conducted on 12 June 2024 at P. Kesavadev Hall, Mudavanmugal, Trivandrum at 4:00 pm. Dr.Jothydev Kesavadev welcomed the gathering. Keynote address was given by Shri.K Jayakumar IAS. Dr.George Onakkoor (P.Kesavadev Award Committee Chairman) and Dr.P.G Balagopal (Diabscreen Kerala Award Committee Chairman) spoke about the significance of the awards. The function was inaugurated by Shri. Sreekumaran Thampi. The P. Kesavadev Literary award were granted to Dr.Adoor Gopalakrishnan, and the P. Kesavadev Diabscreen award was granted to Dr.C J John. The awards include a cash prize of Rs. 50,000/-, a sculpted artwork by the renowned artist Shri B.D. Dathan, and a certificate of recognition. Felicitation was given by Shri.M K Muneer and Shri.G Shankar. Thank you speech was given by Dr.Adoor Gopalakrishnan and Dr.C J John. Award Committee chairman, Smt.Seethalekshmi Dev graced the occasion with their presence. Smt.Sunitha Jothydev gave the vote of thanks.
