Diabscreen Kerala is a major diabetes awareness project of P.Kesavadev Trust. The Diabscreen Kerala team, headed by Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev, conducts diabetes awareness, prevention, and treatment programs at various geographical locations in collaboration with regional organizations.

Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev attended the International Symposium on Diabetes, which marked its 25th year (Silver Jubilee), noting it as a significant milestone for a longstanding scientific programme. He extended appreciation to Dr. Shashank R. Joshi for his role as a key opinion leader and visionary in the diabetes community, and highlighted the academic value of meeting and listening to physicians from the Mayo Clinic, describing the experience as both nostalgic and enriching.
