Kesavadev Awards 2011 were announced at the Press Club, Trivandrum. The Awards are given to commemorate late Mr. P.Kesavadev, the eminent novelist and reformer of all times.Mr.C. Radhakrishnan was chosen for the Literary award taking into account his remarkable contributions to the field of literature. Mr. David Mendosa, an internationally-known journalist and consultant specializing in diabetes was announced recipient of the Diabscreen Kerala Award 2011. Dr.George Onakkoor, Mr. Deshamangalam Ramakrishnan, Ms. Seethalekshmi Dev, Mr. N.Ahamed Pillai and Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev were present at the press conference.
