It proved to be an informative session when Dr.Jothydev Kesavadev lucidly explained to the school children of St.Thomas, Trivandrum on the importance of reading newspapers to be updated on the latest information whether it be health or politics. Doctor explained on treating type 1 diabetes in school going group with care and the role of both teachers and friends to be of a helping hand to type 1 diabetes children. Ms. Sunitha Jothydev also advised the children on how to wade off sibling issues which arises when one of the children is detected of type 1 diabetes. Dr.Jothydev Kesavadev also launched the Mathrubhumi Madhuram Malayalam Program- free distribution of newspapers for one academic year at the various classes as part of promoting Malayalam language and reading habits among children supported by Kesavadev Trust. Mr. Vnu Krishnan coordinated the program.
