World diabetes day walkathon was organised by JDC Kochi on 14th November from TBCL Building, Bypass signal, Palarivattom to Palarivattom Junction at 4 pm. Let's walk together to spread the awareness of diabetes control was the theme this year. Dr. Sebastian Paul, Ex MLA flagged off the walkathon.Palarovattom Counsillor Ms. Mini Mol presided the program. BJP District Secretary M.N Madhu was the chief guest.Ms. Neethu Annie Ajai, Centre Head, JDC Kochi, Dr. Sheeja Srinivas, Consultant JDC Kochi, diabetes team and patients at JDC and hundreds of general public also took part in the walkathon with an aim to spread the awareness on diabetes.
