Diabscreen Kerala is a major diabetes awareness project of P.Kesavadev Trust. The Diabscreen Kerala team, headed by Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev, conducts diabetes awareness, prevention, and treatment programs at various geographical locations in collaboration with regional organizations.

JPEF Mini CME was conducted on 16 March 2017 at Hotel Vivanta by Taj where newer therapies in diabetes were discussed. Topics were Latest 2017 ADA Guidelines by Dr.Harikrishnan, Medical College, Trivandrum, New DPP – IV inhibitor- Zemiglo, the optimized DPP-IV inhibitor by Dr.SR Arvind, Diacon,Bangalore, Basal plus therapy over premix by Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev and Prandial GLP -1RA – Lyxumia – A positive addition to Basal by Dr. Mathew John. Dr.Arun Shankar and Dr.Ajith Kumar chaired the sessions.
