Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev shared his expertise on ‘Closed Loop Pump Therapy’ at the Consensus meeting on Type 1 Diabetes on 9th October, 2011 held at Ahmedabad Management Association, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Dr. Jothydev was invited as a faculty and interactive expert to discuss the issues related to Type 1 Diabetes and make the necessary guidelines for better management of Type 1 Diabetes in India.

The meeting discussed on the social and scientific issues related to management of Type 1 Diabetes in India with expert doctors from different parts of India sharing their views followed by a panel discussion by opinion leaders in India. Dr. Banshi Saboo (Program Organizer) and Dr. Rishi Shukla (Program Coordinator) organized and coordinated the consensus meet.
