Dr.Jothydev participated in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on “Pancreatic Enzyme Replacement Therapy- unmet needs in Indian patients”  at Trivandrum on 1st April 2017
At Taj Vivanta. The basic objective of the FGD was to discuss and understand various aspects of PEI management in Indian patients such as Progression of chronic Pancreatitis, manifestations of pancreatic exocrine insufficiency(PEI), malnutrition and its consequences
,PEI related to other conditions, Difficulties in diagnosis of PEI and potential role of nutritional markers in screening /monitoring of disease and management of PEI patients to ensure normal nutritional status- measures to improve patient compliance to therapy. Chairperson was Dr KT. Shenoy. Dr. Rupjyoti Talukdar, Dr.Ajith Nair etc.participated.
