The DREAMS Practicals session took place on December 28, 2024, at Vyapara Bhavan in Wayanad, Kerala. It brought together 32 individuals with Type 1 diabetes from the Wayanad district, accompanied by their parents and caregivers.

To keep the event engaging, activities such as a "Passing the Ball" game encouraged interaction and teamwork, while the "Busting the Myth" game provided an enjoyable way to debunk common misconceptions about Type 1 diabetes. These games added an educational twist to the fun, reinforcing important concepts in diabetes care.

The day concluded with a focused discussion on managing glucose levels during sick days and exercise, followed by an open Q&A session to address individual concerns. Tokens of appreciation, including practical items like lancets, needles, glucose meters, and strips, were distributed to all participants, with additional utility gifts awarded to game winners.
