A Diabetes Awareness and Detection Camp was successfully organized on November 10, 2024, in collaboration with IMA Nemom, Jothydev’s Diabetes Research Centre (JDC), and the Madhavakavi Samskrithi Kendram. Team from JDC included Dr. Arun Shankar, Ms. Viji Krishna, Ms. Anu R, and Ms. Santhy Jyogesh. TThe camp featured an awareness class, where Dr. Arun Shankar and Ms. Viji Krishna shared valuable insights on diabetes prevention, management, and lifestyle modifications. Attendees also benefited from free medical consultations provided by Dr. Arun Shankar, addressing individual concerns and offering personalized advice. This initiative highlighted the importance of early detection and proactive diabetes management, reflecting JDC’s commitment to community health and well-being.
