Diabscreen Kerala is a major diabetes awareness project of P.Kesavadev Trust. The Diabscreen Kerala team, headed by Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev, conducts diabetes awareness, prevention, and treatment programs at various geographical locations in collaboration with regional organizations.

DTECH Dialogues focused on Ramadan fasting and diabetes, with an emphasis on guideline-based, practical decision-making. The session included expert talks by Dr Mohammed Hassenein (fasting risk and how technology can help modify risk), Dr Hossam Arafa Ghazi (biology underlying fasting and feasting during Ramadan), and Dr Shehla Shaikh (management of diabetes during Ramadan in the Indian subcontinent-practice pearls), followed by a panel discussion moderated by Dr Jothydev Kesavadev with panelists Dr Ajoy Tewari, Dr Faraz Farishta, and Dt. Sheryl Salis.
