Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev participated in ISH 2026 (Indian Society of Hypertension) held at Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel, Kovalam, where he also served as the Organising Secretary for the scientific programme. The event, conducted in collaboration with P Kesavadev Trust as an academic partner, brought together ESI doctors from across India for focused academic engagement. During the scientific sessions, Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev delivered a lecture titled “10 Steps to Be Cautious While Measuring Blood Pressure,” highlighting the critical role of accurate blood pressure measurement in hypertension management. The talk addressed key practical aspects, including patient preparation, appropriate cuff selection, correct positioning, repeat measurements, use of validated devices, and the clinical relevance of HBPM and ABPM.The programme, supported by senior faculty including Dr. Anuj Maheshwari and Dr. Narsingh Verma, reflected a meaningful academic collaboration aimed at strengthening standards of cardiovascular and metabolic care.
